Evan Williams is a PhD student from the University of Newcastle, currently based at the Hunter Medical Research Institute. He is currently studying the use of nutritional supplements in lowering systemic inflammation in obesity, and is supervised by A/prof. Lisa Wood and Dr. Katie Baines.
